Shipping Policy – Graciza

We ship all orders from Lahore.

Shipping Partners
Orders are delivered via PostEx Courier (reliable nationwide option).

Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping charges PKR 250 (all across Pakistan). 

Delivery Time
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 2–5 business days across Pakistan (remote areas may take 5–7 days)
- During Eid / wedding season: 3–7 days (we try our best to ship faster)

Tracking
You will receive tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS or email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged / Lost Packages
- If package arrives damaged: Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos of damaged item. We will arrange replacement or refund.
- If lost in transit: We file claim with courier and keep you updated (rare, but we stand behind our shipments).

Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier, weather, or public holidays.
- Slight variations in bags are normal and not defects.
- COD orders: Cash payment on delivery.
