1. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Graciza.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., pricing error, stock issue).
- Prices are in PKR. Payment via COD only.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

2. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship from Lahore within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery via PostEx Courier (2–5 days nationwide, longer for remote areas).
- Shipping fees: PKR 200–500. (Standard Shipping Fee - see shipping policy)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or force majeure.

3. Product Information
- Slight variations in color, stitching, or size are normal and not defects.
- Images are for illustration; actual color may vary slightly due to screen settings.

4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, photos, and content on graciza.com are owned by Graciza.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
- Graciza is not liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, or losses from delivery delays.
- Maximum liability is the order value.

7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept changes.
